Individual or Group Dressage Lesson in the morning. Lunch Break and Discussion Group with Question and Answer Session. Individual or Group Jumping Lesson in the afternoon. Stalls may be reserved for the day of the clinic.
Auditors are
welcome.
Formats: 2.) Basics for Advancement. This format will focus with working on applying basic skills to more advanced movements. Such as asking for a lengthening at the trot or walk to canter transition...focusing on correct rider position and how it will allow the horse to learn a new skill more easily or perform the skill more correctly. 3.) Dressage/Jumping Geometry. Ways to use visual markers in the arena/jumping course to improve movement accuracy and/or lines to your jumps. This is usually a lot of fun because there is such a variety of information to process while still riding effectively. 4.) Create Your Own. This is for students who have specific goals they want to work on that are not covered in the previous formats. 5.) Feedback. For riders who are not sure what they should be working on with their horse. This is a great way to have you and your horse evaluated, put together some short and long term goals, and gain the confidence to go for it. Details: Please have your horse at Dreamer's Run 30 minutes prior to your morning lesson on Saturday. The first lesson will begin at 8:00am. Lesson times will be posted on the web site by Wed. June 4th.
Individual
lessons will be one-on-one and the group lessons will have no more than
3 riders per lesson. For an Individual Dressage Lesson: Add $10.00 For an Individual Jumping Lesson: Add $10.00
